Well I have fallen behind on updating my blog due to 3 birthdays in a row andthen Valentines Day, followed up by my husband coming down with the flu and then giving it to me...now that I am back on track I will catch you up on my deals this week!
First, I scanned my card when I went into the store and lucky me! I got a coupon for $5 off any $30 purchase and one for $3 off any 2 hair products.
My shopping trip to CVS today:
1 bag (6 oz) Stacy's Pita Chips on sale for $3 - used $1.50 coupon from Sunday paper Paid $1.50
Secret Deoderant on clearance for $1 bought 2 and used 2 $1 off copons from new P&G book so got both for FREE
3 sauve bodywashes on sale for $2 each and you get $2 ECB when you buy 3- used a $2 off 2 coupon from paper and my FREE Sauve from Sauvenomics mailer - so I paid $3 for 3 bottles, but got 2 ECB back! Making it $1 for all 3!
2 Colgate total advanced on sale for $2.99 with $2.99 back in ECB (making it FREE) and used 2 $1.50 off printbles making my out of pocket $2.98 but got $5.98 back in ECB so they were free with overage!
4 Herbal Essence styling aids on sale for $2.99 with $4 ECB back- used 2x$3 off coupon from paper and out of pocket paid $6 - got back $4 ECB making them $ .50 each!
Gillete Fusion Gamer Razor for men - on sale for $7.99 with additional $4 ECB back, used $4 coupon from paper so outof pocket I spent $3.99 but got back $4 ECB so it was FREE
Oral B Twin pack of toothbrushes on sale for $2.99 - used $2 coupon fro paper and got $2 ECB (Money maker!)
package of Always panty liners for $1.39 - used $1 coupon from P&G new mailer paid $ .39
So ..... since my total was more (before coupons) than $30 I first used my $5 off $30 purchase coupon, then my $3 off hair products coupon. taking $8 off my $60 total. Then used all of my regular coupons, total came to $16.65 and I got $17.98 in ECB to use on my next trip. So I actually out of pocketed more than usual $16.65, but it was worth it for all I got, plus if I count the ECB's I got it more than paid for itself!
